Traditional Martial Arts

Ages 3 through adult

Great for anyone who wants to improve their mental focus, develop self-defense skills, and build discipline and self-confidence -- all while learning an ancient art form.  We offer mixed-ages classes that are ideal for families who want to train together, plus a kids' program specifically for 5- to 12-year-olds, and "Little Kickers" for 3- and 4-year olds. 


Krav Maga Self-Defense

Ages 13 and up

Practical, hands-on training to learn how to defend yourself in real-life situations.  Taught by instructors with extensive experience in martial arts, the military, and law enforcement.  Learn techniques to protect yourself, build confidence, and get in fighting shape at the same time!  



Ages 13 and up

A fun and challenging workout that includes cardio, strength, core training, plus stress management.  Blow off steam by punching and kicking bags (without getting hit back)!  Classes are led by experienced instructors who are accustomed to working with students at all levels of expertise and conditioning.  Beginners are always welcome!
